Artists
Artists in Delphi will be expected to work collaboratively on visual assets (Character art, backgrounds, props, etc.) for each group release. There is an expectation that artists will participate in the majority of projects however, what is done for each project is at each persons own discretion in negotiation with the managers.
At minimum, artists must be able to produce full-body character art without assistance. Even though you will be working as only one of sketch, line and colour most of the time Delphi would prefer not to have any members who can only perform one specific task within a role to allow maximum flexibility between members. The ability to create backgrounds and produce other assets such as props is also greatly appreciated however, not a requirement.
All artists will be represented as a mythological hero as part of Delphi.
Delphi is currently searching for artists with a semi-realistic anime-based art style.
Mixers
Mixers in Delphi will be expected to work collaboratively on the sound production for group projects. This includes timing, tuning (pitch correction) and mastering for all covers and original projects. Participation in all projects will not be compulsory however, There is an expectation to participate in the majority of projects in some aspect, as well as an expectation to work collaboratively on most projects, performing one of timing, tuning or mix/mastering however, smaller projects with 4 or less vocalists may be completed as a solo mixer.
Mixers will be expected to be able to time and mix/master audio containing 5 or more vocalists. The ability to tune (pitch correction) is optional however, greatly desired. It is also expected that mixers can work in a variety of different styles and understand how to work with a range of different vocal types.
All mixers will be represented as mythological hero as part of Delphi.
Delphi is currently searching for mixers with knowledge in all areas of mixing and who are confident mixing 5+ person choruses.

Animators in Delphi will be expected to work collaboratively on the video aspect of all group releases. Animators will be expected to work in close contact with artists to create a visual plan for all releases and to ensure art and animation have a strong synergy for all videos. There is an expectation to participate in the majority of projects in some way. For large group choruses collaboration work between animators is expected but, for smaller groups (4 or less people) you may be asked to work solo.
Animators are expected to be able to create chorus animations with a good sense of visual balance and timing to the music. It is also expected that animators are prepared to work with draft mixes and incomplete art (such as blocked in lineart) so multiple aspects of production can be performed at once. The ability to produce simpler videos and subtitling is also welcomed.
All animators will be represented by a mythological hero as part of Delphi.
Delphi is currently searching for animators who are comfortable completing chorus videos.

Composers
Composers in Delphi will be expected to produce original music, different arrangements of pre-existing pieces and harmony and adlib guides. Furthermore, composers must also double as mixers as the role itself is very limited and will not be given a lot of work until the group is established properly. Please see the mixer role description for other information.
Composers are required to understand varying styles of music and be able to compose or arrange in multiple styles. It is also essential that composers are able and willing to produce harmony and adlib guides for the group.
All composers will be represented by a mythological hero as part of Delphi.
